Job Description

We’re hiring a Facilities Manager for our client, a leading educational organisation with multiple campuses.

As the Facilities Manager, your responsibilities would be:

Oversee day-to-day campus facility operations across all locations, ensuring timely maintenance of buildings, classrooms, and infrastructure. Manage housekeeping, security, and campus ambience while leading teams of technicians and support staff. Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, monitor AMC contracts, and manage facility-related consumables. Ensure statutory compliance for facilities, fire safety, and building codes, including liaising with government authorities. Manage facility budgets, drive cost-optimisation initiatives, and maintain asset registers.

Requirements

6 –12 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role. Proven ability to manage multi-location facilities, with a preference for experience in schools or educational institutions. Strong knowledge of building maintenance, safety norms, vendor management, and statutory compliance. Experience standardising processes and SOPs across multiple units. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with principals, admin staff, and operations teams. Ethical conduct with strong attention to detail and process orientation.
