About the Role As Store Manager in Moorabbin, you will lead a driven, customer‑focused team within a showroom environment. You don't need mattress or bedding experience – full training is provided – but you must bring a genuine interest in learning the product, understanding customer needs, and delivering a high‑quality sales experience.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative selling environment, enjoys building relationships, and loves running a store with autonomy and accountability.

Weekend availability is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service

Drive sales performance through consultative selling and product knowledge

Manage daily store operations, including rostering, opening/closing, visual merchandising and presentation

Maintain high standards of showroom cleanliness and product display

Monitor KPIs, sales targets and conversion outcomes

Deliver a personalised experience for every customer

Foster a positive culture built on trust, consistency and teamwork

Oversee inventory management and stock accuracy

Champion company values and service standards at all times
