Frontend Developer (Urgent)

**Job Title:** Frontend Developer (HTML/CSS Specialist) **Location:** Pune, India (Hybrid)

**About the Role** We are looking for a passionate Frontend Developer to join our team in Pune. We value clean code and lightweight interfaces. We believe in leveraging modern HTML and CSS capabilities to their fullest potential rather than drowning in heavy JavaScript frameworks.

**Key Responsibilities** * Develop responsive, lightweight, and high-performance web interfaces. * Implement modern HTML5 and CSS3 features to minimize dependency on JS frameworks. * Collaborate with backend developers (Python/Flask/Go environment) for smooth integration. * Use frameworks like **React** thoughtfully for specific projects, only when necessary. * Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability. * Ensure UI/UX is visually appealing and user-friendly.

**Required Skills & Qualifications** * **Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).** * Deep understanding of modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, etc.) to reduce JS reliance. * Basic knowledge of **Angular**. * **Mandatory:** You must have public, viewable repositories (GitHub/GitLab). * Good design sense and attention to detail. * Ability to write clean, maintainable code without ORMs or complex abstractions.

**Nice to Have** * Familiarity with Python (Flask). * Experience with Linux environments.
