You Are:

Management Consulting professionals advise, design and implement transformational solutions in specialist functional and industry areas. The Management Consulting Manager designs and implements business changes that drive industry‑specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and process. The candidate will be a Manager within the Banking Consulting practice with a focus on Business and Technology Transformation within the wholesale lending industry.

The Work:

Re‑imagine world‑class operating models for Wholesale credit institutions.

Manage Wholesale credit systems implementation for a workstream (scope, cost, schedule, etc.).

Develop next‑generation Wholesale credit technology offerings.

Help define the value of a transformation, and how to measure and track success.

Facilitate design thinking and/or customer journey workshops to support development of a transformation roadmap and/or strategy.

Manage the definition of the practices, processes, toolsets and operations for one or more transformation domains.

Build strong relationships with clients, including C‑suite relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.

Balance understanding client needs and desires with presenting an informed and convincing perspective in the client’s business interest.

Drive thought leadership, asset development and intellectual capital efforts, building a following with similar expertise.

Identify and advance ideas for new business opportunities.

Drive business development by architecting and developing proposals and SOWs.

Identify creative and hard‑to‑find data sources and refine hypothesis through interviews.

Here’s What You Need:

5+ years relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development.

3+ years of demonstrable experience leading the delivery of nCino projects.

Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing resources on complex commercial credit transformation programs.

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries where English is the common language.

A university degree is required for this position.

Must be willing to travel.

Bonus Points If:

French speaking is preferred for this position.

nCino expertise (including nCino/Salesforce certifications) is preferred.

Advanced degree or financial industry certification.

Banking industry and/or system certifications.

Experience in sales and delivering banking projects on time.
