Your Mission

You’ll be the

owner of monetization and revenue growth

for Thrillz, responsible for designing, optimizing, and operating all monetization systems across the app. Your mission is simple:

increase ARPU, retention, and LTV

through smart, engaging, and data-driven monetization features that feel natural and rewarding for our players. You’ll work closely with the

, and our product, design, and data teams to shape the future of Thrillz’s revenue engine.

Responsibilities

Monetization Systems & Strategy Own the full monetization strategy for Thrillz. Design and improve systems such as missions, streaks, daily quests, boosters, multipliers, reward stores, VIP programs, seasonal events, and offers. Develop a long-term revenue roadmap aligned with product and economy goals. Create dynamic and personalized offers based on player behavior and segmentation. Live Ops & Revenue Optimization Plan and run weekly and monthly live-ops events to drive engagement spikes. Build promotional calendars and special events for weekends, holidays, and product updates. Optimize bonus structures, payout pacing, and promotional funnels to maximize revenue. Monitor and improve conversion from FTUE → first cash game → redeposit → VIP tiers. Data & Performance Analyze monetization metrics across cohorts (ARPU, LTV, conversion, churn, retention). A/B test different offers, events, pricing models, and reward pacing. Work with data analysts to build dashboards and reporting tools. Translate insights into actionable product improvements. Collaboration Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver monetization features. Work with UA to align monetization with acquisition funnels and creative performance. Contribute ideas and insights to overall product strategy and future roadmaps.

Requirements

3–7 years of experience in

monetization

economy design

live ops

, or

product

in mobile gaming. Deep understanding of monetization systems, retention loops, and behavioral design. Strong analytical mindset with experience working with data, cohorts, and A/B tests. Ability to design and improve complex reward systems and progression mechanics. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Fluent in English.
