About the Role
As Deputy Principal, you will play a key leadership role in driving the strategic direction of the school alongside the Principal. You will lead improvement initiatives that strengthen teaching quality, student engagement, and wellbeing, ensuring every learner has the opportunity to reach their potential.
Your Responsibilities
Building teacher capability through coaching, feedback, and collaborative practice.
Strengthening inclusive education and positive behaviour for learning.
Leading curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment to support consistent, high-quality teaching.
Using data to inform decisions that improve student learning and engagement.
Building strong partnerships with families, staff, and the wider community to support student success.
Proven experience in school leadership with demonstrated impact on teaching and learning.
Strong knowledge of curriculum, assessment, and differentiated teaching practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and collaboration.
A commitment to data-informed decision-making and continuous school improvement.
The ability to nurture a positive school culture where staff and students feel valued, supported, and inspired to achieve.
Experience leading initiatives in inclusive education, attendance, and student engagement.
