Senior Project Manager/Leader

Term: December 08, 2025- December 04, 2026

Location: Onsite/Hybrid, 525 University Ave, Toronto, ON

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Leader

Key Deliverables for Senior Project Manager/Leader Product Requirements : Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with business needs, compliance with healthcare legislation (e.g., PHIPA), and adherence to Ontario Health’s governance and privacy standards. Manage the release of products and work packages into operational environments.

Delivery : Proactively identify risks and resolve or elevate issues to maintain project momentum. Ensure continuous improvement by providing feedback on project methodology and governance.

Prioritization : Oversee scope, budget, schedule and quality across multiple initiatives. Apply structured change control processes, including IT Requests for Change (RFCs), to manage evolving priorities and ensure successful deployments.

Collaboration : Build strong relationships with sponsors, cross-functional teams, vendors and stakeholders. Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear, consistent communication to drive alignment and accountability.

Must Haves

11+ years experience managing large complex projects

7+ years experience with design and deployment of technical infrastructure projects

7+ years experience with application development and deployment for both products and projects (SDLC)

7+ years experience with large transformation projects related to moving products and services from data centers to the cloud (AWS, Azure)
