About the role
We’re looking for a talented
Marketing & Content Lead
to own and elevate CPA’s social and content strategy.
You’ll be at the heart of our digital presence — shaping creative campaigns, managing content across social and digital channels, and producing authentic stories that connect, inspire, and engage audiences.
What you’ll do
Develop and deliver dynamic content marketing strategies that grow brand awareness and generate high-quality leads
Partner with marketing and service teams to produce engaging, story-driven content that showcases our impact
Own and manage CPA’s social media channels, ensuring consistent voice, strong engagement, and measurable results
Create and curate platform-specific content across Meta, LinkedIn, and other key digital channels
Guide and mentor internal stakeholders on content and social strategy best practice
Support the development and design of high value, downloadable content
Curate and write SEO optimised blog and website pages
Curate & design eDMs that convert and keep our audience engaged
Stay ahead of digital and social trends to continuously evolve our approach
About you
You’re a creative storyteller with a strategic mindset and a genuine passion for purpose-driven communication. You know how to craft compelling narratives that attract attention and drive engagement - and you’re ready to take ownership of a high-impact role.
You’ll bring:
3+ years’ experience managing multi-channel content and social media for a medium or large organisation
Qualifications in communications, marketing, or equivalent industry experience
A strong portfolio of content that delivers measurable brand and engagement outcomes
Expertise in Meta Business Suite (essential), Brandwatch, Canva, and other major platforms (desirable)
Experience curating and editing video content
A collaborative, proactive attitude — and plenty of creative energy
