About the Role

As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, driving efficiency, safety, and team performance. You’ll manage a team of

5 warehouse employees , ensuring smooth workflow, clear communication, and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise and support a team of 5 warehouse staff

Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics

Ensure stock accuracy, inventory control and timely dispatch

Maintain and enforce WHS standards and compliance

Operate forklifts as required (valid licence essential)

Implement continuous improvement initiatives

Report operational performance to senior management

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

At least 5 years of warehouse management experience

A

valid forklift licence

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication, planning and organisational ability

Hands‑on approach with a commitment to safety and quality
