DevOps Engineer - 100% Remote (Only Spain Residents)

Infoser New Technologies is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer and SRE to join our team and support mission-critical systems in both OnPrem and Cloud environments. We’re looking for a professional passionate about automation, reliability, observability, and performance in production environments, with strong technical depth and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure across OnPrem, OffPrem, and Cloud environments (Azure / AWS). • Automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring processes using modern DevOps and SRE practices. • Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). • Implement observability solutions – metrics, logs, and tracing – using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Elastic/OpenSearch. • Manage and optimize container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) and service provisioning (Helm, Kustomize, etc.). • Perform root cause analysis and proactive improvements to ensure performance, availability, and reliability of production systems. • Collaborate closely with SRE, backend, frontend, and QA teams under Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Technical Skills • Operating Systems: Linux (essential), Windows (desirable). • Scripting & Programming: Bash, Shell Scripting; Python and PowerShell desirable. • Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Istio or Linkerd (Service Mesh). • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform or Pulumi; Ansible for configuration management. • CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions. • Artifact & Code Quality: JFrog, SonarQube. • Networking & Web Services: Reverse/Forward Proxy, Load Balancer fundamentals, Apache, Nginx, or Tomcat. • Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic/OpenSearch, Loki. • Messaging & Databases: RabbitMQ, Kafka, PostgreSQL. • Cloud Platforms: Azure and AWS. • Security & Testing: SAST, DAST, SCA.

Other Requirements • Experience: Minimum 4+ years in production environments as DevOps or SRE. • Language: Intermediate English level (able to communicate and understand technical discussions). • Mindset: Automation-first approach, problem-solving attitude, and proactive learning. • Work methodology: Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
