Retail Site Manager – Inland Petroleum

Inland Petroleum is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Site Manager to oversee operations at our Walgett service station. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll drive performance, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a Retail Site Manager, you will:

Lead day‑to‑day site operations to achieve business objectives

Drive customer service excellence and satisfaction

Manage and develop site staff

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Optimise site performance and profitability

Maintain high standards of site presentation

What you’ll be doing

Oversee daily operations, fuel systems, and site presentation

Manage inventory, stock rotation, and promotional displays

Monitor sales targets, site expenses, and banking procedures

Lead staff scheduling, training, and performance management

Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and audit protocols

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service and leadership experience

High School Certificate

Current driver’s licence

Basic computer literacy and cash handling skills

Desirable: Cert IV in Retail Management, fuel retail experience, food handling and first aid certifications
