We are seeking a

Senior Data Analyst

with deep expertise in

web performance analytics

to join our team for a 9-month fixed term. This role focuses on transforming complex digital data into actionable insights that optimize content, media, and marketing performance. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in

GA4, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, and SQL , and can translate web and media data into meaningful business recommendations Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Analyze Web & Audience Performance: Use GA4 and BigQuery to analyze site performance, user behavior, and media campaign effectiveness, identifying optimization opportunities across traffic sources, engagement, and conversion. Implement & Maintain Tracking Infrastructure: Oversee

Google Tag Manager (GTM)

configurations and ensure accurate and consistent event tracking across web properties. Collaborate with developers and marketers to validate tagging and ensure data integrity. Data Modeling & Automation: Build efficient SQL queries and data pipelines in

BigQuery

to centralize, clean, and prepare data for reporting and advanced analysis. Develop Dashboards & Reports: Create automated dashboards and visualizations (e.g.,

Looker Studio, Power BI ) that monitor KPIs such as site engagement, content consumption, and campaign ROI, providing real-time insights to stakeholders. Media & Campaign Performance Analysis: Connect web data with media metrics (impressions, reach, CTR, conversions, engagement) to measure cross-channel performance and attribution effectiveness. Data Governance & Quality: Ensure accurate tagging, tracking, and reporting by implementing QA processes, data validation scripts, and documentation for consistent analytics standards. Insight Generation & Communication: Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and present them toâ—Ź marketing, media, and product teams to guide optimization strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across digital marketing, UX, content, and media to align KPIs, streamline analytics processes, and ensure business questions are effectively addressed with data. Qualifications

Core Tools: Strong knowledge in

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) ,

Google Tag Manager (GTM) , BigQuery , and

SQL . Web Analytics Expertise: Proven experience tracking, analyzing, and interpreting web performance metrics (traffic sources, engagement funnels, conversions, etc.). Media Metrics Familiarity: Understanding of key media performance indicators (reach, impressions, CPM, CTR, ROAS) and how they integrate with site analytics. Visualization & Reporting: Proficiency with data visualization tools ( Looker Studio, Power BI , or similar) to design intuitive dashboards and reports. Cloud Data Platforms: Experience working with cloud-based data environments (GCP preferred) Experience: 5+ years in digital or web analytics, ideally within media, marketing, or digital publishing environment Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Economics) Communication: Ability to present complex data stories clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision in tracking, validating, and analyzing data. Autonomy & Initiative: Self-starter who can lead analytics workstreams end-to-end, from defining KPIs to delivering strategic insights. Additional Information
