This role turns vision into action by refining user stories, managing a focused backlog, collaborating with partners across Marketing, Digital, Analytics, and Technology, and ensuring the pod delivers high-quality Data Cloud capabilities such as segmentation, unification, activation, and real-time insights. The ideal candidate brings curiosity, hands-on Salesforce experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping TD advance its agile marketing transformation.**CUSTOMER*** Support the Product Group Owner and other Martech Product Owners in executing the Data Cloud roadmap by managing day-to-day delivery for the pod.* Translate strategic direction into refined, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear sequencing for the delivery team.* Maintain a prioritized, value-driven backlog, ensuring work aligns to customer and business needs.* Partner with business teams (Marketing, Digital, Analytics) to clarify requirements, gather feedback, and ensure new capabilities solve real customer and user problems.* Participate fully in agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and represent the voice of the business at the pod level.* Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, and Analysts to deliver capabilities such as identity resolution, harmonized data models, segmentation, consent alignment, and activation readiness.* Stay aware of evolving Salesforce capabilities—especially the shift toward Marketing Cloud Next and personalization/segmentation moving into Data Cloud core—to ensure stories and backlog reflect future needs.* Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and consistently to stakeholders and the Senior Product Owner.**SHAREHOLDER*** Ensure pod activities follow enterprise agile practices, privacy standards, data governance policies, and regulatory requirements.* Identify and escalate risks, data quality issues, or blockers that may impact delivery timelines or business readiness.* Support Quarterly Business Review (QBR) inputs by providing pod-level progress updates, story completion metrics, and value delivered.* Maintain focus on delivering high-quality increments by supporting defect identification, prioritization, and resolution.**EMPLOYEE / TEAM*** Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, high-performing pod culture centered on continuous improvement and shared accountability.* Encourage open communication between developers, analysts, testers, and business partners to ensure alignment and clarity.* Demonstrate curiosity, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback while also supporting these behaviors across the pod.* Promote a culture of experimentation and psychological safety—where the team can challenge assumptions, test new ideas, and improve delivery processes.* Embrace TD’s Colleague Promise and Shared Commitments to support well-being, growth, and respectful teamwork.**BREADTH & DEPTH*** Manage the delivery scope for the Data Cloud pod, focusing on defined user stories and increments within a bounded domain (e.g., ingestion pipeline, identity graph, segmentation, activation, consent alignment, or audience readiness).* Work closely with the other Product Owners and Product Group Owner to ensure pod-level work aligns with broader roadmap and enterprise priorities.* Develop working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities, identity resolution, data models, and activation flows.* Participate in discussions with architecture and technical teams, providing business context and helping shape viable technical approaches.* Contribute insights to medium-range planning while staying focused on immediate delivery outcomes.**EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION*** Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem components (Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio/Personalization, Data Cloud, etc.) and willingness to deepen expertise is essential. Hand-on experience with Data Cloud is preferred.* Undergraduate degree required; product or technology certifications are an asset, or relevant experience.* 3–7 years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to CRM, CDP, analytics, marketing technology, or Salesforce-based platforms.* Experience writing user stories, managing backlogs, and supporting agile software delivery teams.* Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills.* Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.* Curiosity about market trends and interest in how Salesforce’s evolution—including Marketing Cloud Next—will impact customer data and personalization.**Who We Are:**TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
