Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability in Behaviour Guidance. Demonstrated ability to plan and implement the full ‘cycle of planning’ that incorporates an educational child centred program, reflective of the Early Years Learning Framework and a willingness to learn conceptual framework. Demonstrated ability to maintain written records, such as observations, evaluations, and programs. Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, relevant Government Acts and regulations, and the ECA Code of Ethics and the rights of the child. Open to Professional development and training to learn the Billy Button way. Demonstrated experience in leading a small team Demonstrated ability in leadership Qualifications and education requirements
