Head of Product Management

We’re Hiring | Head of Product – Core Banking (18–23 Years) We’re looking for a highly seasoned Product Leader with deep expertise in Core Banking Systems to join a top-tier software product company serving global financial institutions. If you’ve spent years building world-class banking products and driving product strategy end to end — this role is made for you!

Location: Mumbai Experience: 18–23 Years Work Mode: Full-Time | Product-Based Environment Preferred: CSPO / SAFe PO/PM Certified What You’ll Own ✨ Drive product requirements, roadmap planning, and release strategy ✨ Act as the primary Core Banking subject matter expert ✨ Conceptualize & build products for large financial institutions ✨ Define epics, features, and user stories for engineering teams ✨ Collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality releases ✨ Track market trends, regulatory changes & competitive landscape ✨ Lead creation of product documents: user guides, training material, demos, FAQs ✨ Support UAT & End-User Training ✨ Mentor and guide junior Product Managers/Business Analysts

What You Should Bring ✔ 18–23 years in Product Management/Business Analysis in top-tier software companies ✔ Deep experience building or implementing Core Banking Systems ✔ Strong understanding of banking front, middle & back-office processes ✔ Proven ownership of product roadmap, stories, releases & market research ✔ Customer-centric mindset with strong design thinking principles ✔ Hands-on experience with Agile SDLC (inbound + outbound PM) ✔ Excellent documentation, analytical & stakeholder management skills
