Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area for an Automation Trainer. The Automation Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training modules on automation tools, creating curriculum plans for automation courses, conducting hands-on training sessions, mentoring trainees, and ensuring participants' skill development. The role also involves staying updated with industry trends and technological advancements in automation.

Qualifications Proficiency in automation tools and technologies, including knowledge of scripting, robotics, and software automation frameworks. Strong teaching and communication skills, with experience in mentoring or training individuals or teams. Ability to design effective training modules, create curriculum content, and conduct hands-on practical sessions. Familiarity with industry trends, updates in automation technology, and best practices in the field. Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and an aptitude for analytical thinking. Previous experience in automation training, instructional design, or relevant certifications is an advantage. Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred.
