In-House Corporate Lawyer - Energy Law Experience Not Required Base pay range: $200,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr.

The client, a company owning and operating energy facilities, seeks an In-House Lawyer with a minimum of six years of relevant experience in Corporate Law to join its Toronto office.

Job Description Our client requires a Lawyer to join its in-house legal team, managing a high volume of contracts and employment claims.

Desired Skills & Experience

6 years experience in Corporate Law

Ability to work independently as well as on a team

Ability to handle a high volume of work

Drafting and negotiating contracts

Managing employment claims with outside counsel

Advise on RFPs

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in Ontario \>Experience with power projects is an asset
