Key Responsibilities As the

Senior People and Culture Business Partner , you’ll play a vital role in supporting leaders and employees across the business.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, shaping workforce strategies, driving engagement, and ensuring our people practices are aligned with the company’s strategic business plan and goals. You’ll work across the full employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and performance management through to development, wellbeing and change initiatives.

Strategic Partnership : Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent management, organisational design, and employee engagement.

Employee Relations : Provide advice and support on HR policies, employment legislation, and employee relations matters to ensure fair and consistent outcomes.

Performance & Development : Partner with managers to drive performance management processes, succession planning, and learning and development initiatives.

Change Management : Support business change projects by advising on workforce impacts, communication, and engagement strategies.

Culture & Engagement : Champion initiatives that build a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

Compliance : Ensure adherence to HR policies, workplace health and safety, and relevant employment legislation.

Data & Reporting : Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.

Key Requirements Proven experience in a HR generalist, HR Advisor, or similar HR BP role.

Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policy, and best practice.

Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship management skills.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on HR delivery.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly collaborative team player with a positive, can‑do attitude, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Proficiency in standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or similar relevant discipline

Highly Regarded Experience in private health setting or a hospital environment will be a distinct advantage.

Experience with Health Professionals and Support Services Award.

High level of autonomy and ownership.
