IMPORTANT POINTERS

1. Credit underwriting / appraisal with experience in reporting writing 2. Knowledge and expertise in preparation of end to end credit reports (i.e. industry & peer analysis, risk rating, documentation, collateral etc.) 3. Financial analysis including cash flow, working capital, leverage, EV etc. 4. Knowledge about covenants (financial & non-financial), collateral 5. Experience in financial projections, model forecasting 6. Experience in covering US clients
