Role Responsibilities
Product Mastery:
Build a strong understanding of Gradeperfect’s programs, quality standards, and USPs to confidently represent our value proposition in every interaction.
Lead Calling & Conversion:
Engage promptly with warm leads, understand parent needs, and position Gradeperfect’s offerings to drive conversions.
Demo Coordination:
Schedule and ensure smooth execution of personalized demos, working with the demo team to maximize conversions.
Pipeline & Reporting:
Maintain a clean, structured CRM with updated lead statuses, consistent follow-ups, and accurate conversion tracking.
Collaboration with Lead Generation:
Work closely with the lead-gen team to maintain a steady flow of qualified leads and share feedback for improving lead quality.
Program Pitching
: Qualify leads and recommend suitable programs.
CRM
: Maintain accurate CRM lead records.
Follow up
: Follow up consistently for conversions.
Candidate Preferences
