Whether you're passionate about troubleshooting, hands‑on hardware work, or software configuration, we’ll help you grow from the ground up — with pathways into our Service Desk and beyond.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience and contribute to key areas of our Hardware Services team:

Manage service tickets with clear documentation and timely updates

Collaborate across Sales, Technical, Warehouse, and Project teams

Escalate issues and contribute to process improvements

Represent Blue Connections professionally onsite and offsite

Follow safety protocols and company policies

Role‑specific tasks include:

Strong interest and background in IT hardware

Hands‑on experience with tools (e.g., screwdrivers)

Interest in IT hardware and manual work

Warehousing experience (preferred)

Full driver’s license required for travel across VIC

Solid IT background with proven experience in configuration and software setup

What You Bring

Recent graduate with a Degree or Cert IV in IT

Passion for technology and solving real‑world problems

Strong communication and customer service mindset

Basic understanding of desktop support, networking, and troubleshooting

Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute

Ability to work 5 days a week at our Scoresby based office and/or onsite at customer locations across VIC as needed.
