About the Role As Head of Marketing, you'll:

Drive

brand growth and awareness

across residential and commercial markets.

Deliver

integrated marketing strategies

that connect with customers in-store and online.

Lead a talented team and collaborate with senior leaders to bring bold ideas to life.

Protect and evolve our

brand DNA , ensuring every campaign reflects confidence and creativity.

What We're Looking For A

relevant degree

in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

10+ years' experience

in a similar senior marketing role.

Specific experience in Head of Marketing or equivalent senior marketing leadership positions.

A

natural eye for interior design

and an appreciation for aesthetics.

Proven ability to

develop and execute strategic marketing plans .

Strong leadership skills to

inspire and grow a high-performing team .

Demonstrated experience managing teams with proven ability to lead multi-level organisational structures.

Expertise in

customer experience design

and omni-channel marketing.

Australian work rights are required for this position.
