ABOUT THE ROLE An exciting opportunity to join the Autobarn family in the role of

Store Manager

to motivate, develop & lead a customer-focussed team to hit sales targets.

The Store Manager reports to the Area Manager, and focusses on:

Creating a safe and secure working environment

Achieving Store Sales Targets

Managing both Store & Team Member KPIs

Providing Talent Management & Development to all Team Members

Leading by Example

Complying with all Safe Work Practices, Policies, Procedures & Instructions

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate will have:

Experience Working Towards KPI’s & Budgets

Authentic Passion for Customer Service

Experience with Inventory Management

Eagerness to Continuously Learn

Retail and Automotive experience would be advantageous
