Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)

Minimum 2–3 years of continuous experience in a Centre Manager (or higher) role within a long daycare setting

Deep understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework

Genuine commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for both children and staff

Dedication to ongoing professional growth and contributing to a culture of continuous learning

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Proven ability to build strong, positive relationships with families, colleagues, and the wider community

Strong organisational and time management capabilities
