About This Role Qualifications and experience required

Minimum 5 years as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) in a General Aviation (GA) environment.

Must have current licences – Part 66 B1.1 & B1.2 (B2 highly desirable)

P&W C PT6 and Pilatus PC-12 type ratings, or with company support, be able to obtain them.

Active, on‑tools role requiring hands‑on maintenance experience.

Ability to communicate effectively in a complex technical environment.

Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and communicate changing priorities daily.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving ability.

Takes personal responsibility for meeting objectives and progressing work. Persists and focuses on achieving objectives, even in difficult circumstances.

Strong team leadership and management experience‑desirable
