Role Description
We are looking for an HR Manager with 1–3 years of experience. The HR Manager will be responsible for assisting with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, policy implementation, and HR data management. They will help develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall goals, while ensuring compliance with labour laws and promoting a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles (job posting, screening, interviews)
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Oversee onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
Support performance management and employee development activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Assist in creating and updating HR guidelines, procedures, and documentation
Handle employee relations, engagement initiatives, and workplace communications
Coordinate training programs and internal development sessions
Prepare basic HR analytics reports (attrition, recruitment metrics, feedback trends)
Provide general HR support to leadership and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Human Resources processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and policy implementation
Proficiency in HR management tools and platforms, with an ability to handle HR data and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple HR tasks and functions effectively
Problem-solving and decision-making ability, paired with an understanding of employment laws and regulations
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in a similar role
