We’re partnering with this highly regarded firm to find an exceptional

Corporate ECM Associate or Senior Associate

to join their Brisbane team. This is an opportunity to work alongside industry‑leading partners in a high‑performing and genuinely supportive environment.

Responsibilities In this role, you’ll work on a diverse range of high‑profile Equity Capital Markets matters while being mentored by a well‑respected Partner and working directly with blue‑chip clients. Your work will span:

ASX Listing Rule Compliance (approx. 50%)

Capital Raising – IPOs and Private Placements (approx. 30%)

Corporate Governance (approx. 10%)

ASIC Investigations (approx. 5%)

Company Secretarial (approx. 5%)

Qualifications

4+ years PAE

in Corporate Law, ideally with experience in M&A and/or Equity Capital Markets

Be currently operating at Associate or Senior Associate level (or on the cusp of promotion)
