What you’ll be doing

Leading, coaching and developing a diverse, multi-skilled team

Creating an engaging, safe and customer‑first store environment

Managing daily operations, merchandising and stock flow

Driving sales performance and store standards

Building strong relationships with trade and DIY customers

Working closely with the leadership team to deliver business goals

What we’re looking for

A practical, hands‑on leader who leads by example

Strong people leadership and development skills

Experience in hardware, trade, or big‑box retail (highly desirable)

Excellent communication, organisation and problem‑solving abilities

A focus on customer service excellence

Someone who enjoys being part of a supportive, hard‑working team
