Qcc Consultant

About the role We are seeking a talented QCC Consultant to join our team at PT Arisamandiri Pratama' in Kabupaten Demak, Jawa Tengah. As a QCC (Quality Control Circle) Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality improvement and process optimisation initiatives across our client engagements. This is a contract position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work closely with our dynamic team.

What you'll be doing

Facilitate the implementation of QCC methodologies and techniques in PT Arisamandiri Pratama

Provide expert guidance and training quality control tools and problem-solving techniques

Analyse client processes and data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute quality enhancement strategies

Document and share best practices to drive continuous improvement

Monitor and report on the progress and impact of QCC initiatives

What we're looking for

Significant experience (10+ years) as a QCC or quality management consultant

Deep expertise in quality control tools and methodologies, such as 7 Tools, New 7 Tools, Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive change

Experience in the Konsultasi & Strategi and Konsultasi Manajemen & Perubahan industries

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
