Responsibilities
Welcome students and parents with a friendly and professional attitude.
Provide clear information about programs, class schedules, fees, and promotions.
Handle student registration, placement tests scheduling, and enrollment processes.
Manage daily administrative tasks, including attendance, payment records, and database updates.
Coordinate with teachers and the center manager to ensure smooth class operations.
Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or walk-ins in a timely and helpful manner.
Assist parents with concerns, questions, or complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Support center events, demonstrations, marketing activities, and trial classes.
Ensure the reception and learning environment stay tidy, organized, and welcoming.
Follow company SOPs and maintain service excellence at all times.
Prepare reports related to student progress, attendance, and administrative tasks.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents to support retention.
Qualifications
Minimum education D3/S1.
Experience in Customer Service / Front Desk / Administration (experience in education or children’s services is a plus).
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic–intermediate English is an advantage.
Friendly, communicative, and comfortable interacting with children and parents.
Strong administrative skills: handling registrations, payments, scheduling, and documentation.
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and basic office tools.
Problem‑solving mindset, especially in responding to parents’ inquiries or concerns.
Neat and professional appearance.
Patient, empathetic, detail‑oriented, and organized.
Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
Willing to work during operational hours, including Saturdays.
Committed to a full‑time role and long‑term growth.
