In the role of
Senior Consultant, Business Engagement , you will join the
People & Culture Team
that’s doubling down on making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
Ensure our commitments regarding Inclusive Hiring with a special focus on First Nations are coordinated and embedded in operations, culture and stakeholder engagement and progress is tracked against external goals such as the Reconciliation Action Plan.
Initiate, manage and deliver a program of work including all processes such as governance, communication, stakeholder management, delivery, reporting, risk management and knowledge harvesting.
Lead and deliver strategies that address the ambitions, challenges and hiring practices that drive an increase in First Nations recruitment.
Lead the delivery of inclusive TA strategies and toolkits that address NAB’s ambitions challenges, facilitate inclusive hiring practices and drive an increase in equity and diversity outcomes for NAB.
Lead project management activities, including risk management, milestone tracking and partnering with team on governance.
Enable and support TA and Hiring Managers build understanding of inclusive hiring practices and behaviours.
Ensure NAB has end to end inclusive practices focusing on First Nations recruitment and retention from job creation to retention and engagement practices. Work in partnership with TA to embed processes.
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
Significant experience in project delivery.
Exposure to large scale project management in a complex environment.
A solid understanding in project management methodologies, tools and processes across the project lifecycle.
Advanced and confident communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior business stakeholders.
Advanced skills in Microsoft office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience with project management tools.
Highly organised, exceptional time management skills.
Strong understanding of First Nations talent acquisition strategies
