Senior Product Manager, Multi-Profile (French Services) (Telework/Hybrid) Employment Type : Contractee Long-Term (Durée déterminée)

Role Overview As Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development of a unified multi‑profile experience across Radio‑Canada’s digital ecosystem (OHdio, ICI TOU.TV, RC Info). Your mission is to design, launch and optimise a feature that enables users to customise navigation, manage multiple profiles and share content within a single account.

Responsibilities

Enhance the user authentication experience by analysing data and identifying best practices for various device types and household compositions.

Define the strategic road‑map for the multi‑profile product, considering audience challenges, business needs, the market, the technological ecosystem, as well as legal, security and privacy constraints.

Determine success criteria, measure results and propose optimisations to achieve business objectives and drive product growth.

Lead the product strategy and execution by aligning with various product teams and their road‑maps.

Collaborate with solutions architects, developers, UX leads, data teams and other cross‑functional teams to define product requirements.

Work with business units across the organisation to understand their needs and prioritise requirements to support overall business objectives.

Use data from our systems to gain deeper insights into our target audience.

Lead initial product discovery activities alongside the product trio members.

Guide product teams on the use of member data for better customization of our digital products.

Nurture a culture of collaboration, learning and creativity.

What You Bring

University degree in management, marketing, computer science or a discipline related to product management.

Seven to 10 years’ experience as a product manager overseeing digital products.

Proficiency with Agile project management tools (Scrum, Jira, Confluence, etc.) for digital product development.

Extensive knowledge of the development process for digital products, particularly for product discovery.

Practical experience with Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) technologies, databases and data integration.

Understanding of SSO and CIAM technologies, unified schemas across federated data sources, APIs, data security and privacy, and personalization.

Solid command of spoken and written French.

Functional knowledge of spoken and written English and the ability to work effectively with bilingual teams – a strong asset.
