As the
Organisational Change Lead , you will play a pivotal role within Endeavour Foundation’s
Project Management Office (PMO) . Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will design and implement Endeavour’s organisational change framework, methodology and toolset, setting the foundation for how change is planned, governed and delivered.
You will lead a team of Change Specialists and Analysts, manage resources and remove obstacles to keep organisational change initiatives on track, particularly when challenges or ambiguity arise.
Your team will support projects and uplift change capability across the organisation. You’ll ensure change activity is aligned with PMO standards, contributing to consistent and successful delivery of projects and programs within the Portfolio.
You will be part of a newly established PMO committed to improving customer experience, strengthening organisational capability and delivering value-for-money outcomes through well-governed transformation.
Key duties of this role are to:
Lead Change Through the PMO
Lead, support and mentor Change Specialists, Change Analysts and other organisational change roles within the PMO.
Build, embed and maintain a structured organisational change framework aligned to PMO standards.
Oversee and guide change activity across a diverse project portfolio.
Provide advice and updates to the Portfolio Governance Committee on key change impacts.
Support Projects & Programs Across Endeavour
Provide hands‑on change leadership for major ICT and non-ICT projects.
Coach leaders and project teams in structured change approaches.
Support stakeholder engagement, training, communications and change readiness activities.
Partner & Collaborate Across the Organisation
Work closely with the PMO Delivery Lead and Business Analyst Lead within the PMO.
Engage with subject matter experts on both project and non-project change initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and sessions to support change planning and delivery.
Build Change Capability
Drive awareness and understanding of organisational change across all levels.
Provide advice, tools and support to leaders and teams.
Develop materials, templates and processes that support sustainable change.

What you can bring to the team
You communicate with clarity, empathy and confidence, allowing you to build strong relationships at all levels. You bring sound judgement, a collaborative mindset and the ability to guide people through change with calm, steady leadership.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Business or related discipline.
Minimum of 7 years’ leading organisational change in complex environments.
Demonstrated success designing and implementing change frameworks or methodologies.
Strong capability in coaching and mentoring leaders.
Ability to oversee change activity across multiple projects, ideally within or alongside a PMO, with a deep understanding of project/program management and continuous improvement.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Strong analytical capability and facilitation skills.
Experience supporting both technology and business transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of multi-channel communication approaches.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Visio and Project.
You will be required to undertake a Fit2Work National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
