About the Role Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Head of Engineering will play a key role in shaping and delivering CETS’s technical strategy and solutions for our global clientele. You will lead the engineering function across a diverse project slate, build and manage a high‑performing team, and ensure the delivery of cutting‑edge solutions that align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities Lead the engineering team across all CETS projects and initiatives

Oversee the development and delivery of innovative technical solutions

Foster a high‑performance culture through effective leadership, mentoring, and collaboration

Collaborate closely with executive leadership to ensure projects are adequately resourced with well structured delivery capability

Drive recruitment of top‑tier engineering talent to support business growth

Promote a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous improvement

Ensure delivery timelines and technical standards are met across all projects.

About You Proven leadership experience within engineering roles in the Film & Television industry desirable

Strong background in broadcast, post‑production, and IT systems

Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high‑performing teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilities

Agile and adaptable, with the ability to deliver under pressure

Must have Australian work rights.
