Opportunity We are seeking a senior, well‑connected cybersecurity salesman with a proven book of business and the ability to hit the ground running in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high‑performance environment, values autonomy, and wants to make an immediate commercial impact.

Responsibilities

Drive new subscription and service revenue across our core offerings: Penetration Testing, Risk Operations Centre, GRC, DFIR, Cyber Engineering and more

Manage and grow strategic accounts, leading high‑value, long‑term client engagements

Leverage your network to create opportunities from week one

Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure outcomes that meet both client and commercial goals

Represent ctrl:cyber at events and in key client engagements

Qualifications

5+ years in cybersecurity sales, with proven experience in a senior/quota‑carrying role

Active network across mid‑market or enterprise cybersecurity buyers or similar

Success selling services such as managed SOC, Pen Testing, Red/Purple/Black Teaming, or GRC

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to structure recurring revenue engagements

A mindset that reflects our Ctrl values – remaining client‑focused, collaborative, a role model to others, and learning relentlessly
