This role is responsible for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and front-of-house areas, including preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience with mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment repairs, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications:
Minimum two years of general building/facilities maintenance experience
Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Intermediate knowledge of bathroom plumbing fixtures, door hardware, and HVAC systems
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Previous hotel or service industry experience preferred
Strong teamwork and adaptability in a diverse work environment
Excellent verbal communication and customer engagement skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
Proficiency with electronic devices and computers
Knowledge of a second language is a plus
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift
Regular kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting
Occasional climbing of stairs, ladders, and ramps
Having to lift moderate weight, up to 50 lbs.
