health insurance space , they’re seeking an experienced and well-connected
Head of Partnerships
to lead the development, strategy, and execution of key relationships that will define this new vertical’s success.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll take full ownership of building and scaling the health insurance category from inception to market leadership.
Develop and execute
the partnership strategy for the health insurance vertical, driving sustainable long-term growth.
Identify, negotiate, and secure
new partnership opportunities with Australian private health insurers, brokers, and strategic distribution partners.
Build and nurture C-suite relationships
across the health insurance ecosystem to maximise collaboration and value creation.
Shape commercial models and agreements
that deliver competitive customer outcomes and profitable business growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally
with marketing, product, and operations teams to launch and refine the health insurance comparison platform.
Represent the business
at industry events and forums, positioning it as a credible and trusted player within the Australian health insurance landscape.
Provide leadership and insight
on trends, compliance, and partnership opportunities to guide business direction and market positioning.
About You
You’re a seasoned partnership leader with deep knowledge of the
Australian health insurance industry
and a strong commercial mindset.
Extensive experience
in partnerships, business development, or distribution within the
health insurance sector
(mandatory).
An existing
network of senior relationships
with major private health insurers.
Proven ability to
develop strategic partnerships
and negotiate high-value commercial outcomes.
Strong
commercial and regulatory understanding
of the health insurance landscape.
Exceptional
stakeholder management and communication
skills.
A proactive,
entrepreneurial mindset
— comfortable building from the ground up in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
