Mandarin Translator (Collection Assistant Manager)

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Required language(s): English, Mandarin.

Able to speak Mandarin; having studied abroad background preferred.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably staff (non‑management & non‑supervisor) specialized in banking/financial services or equivalent.

Having plenty of management experience, preferable in financial industry management and collection management experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Minimum 1 year of related work experience.

Experience in banking/financial services or equivalent.

Strong management and collection management background.

Responsibilities

Assist the Collection Manager in managing the collection site and reporting directly to the Collection Manager.

Manage, assist, and guide the daily work of the Collection Team Leader.

Serve as a bridge between Collection agents and Trainers: follow up the entire process of recruiting, interviewing, induction training, and performance training for Collection agents, formulate and adjust processes based on actual situations, and propose reasonable suggestions promptly.
