As

Website Lead , you’ll be the driving force behind Burwood Council’s digital ecosystem. This is your chance to create a seamless, user-friendly experience that makes every interaction with our website engaging and impactful. In this role, you’ll take the lead on strategy and innovation, optimising performance, elevating design and ensuring our digital presence reflects the vibrant, forward-thinking vision of Burwood. You’ll work closely with passionate teams across Council to deliver a platform that informs, inspires and empowers our community. Required Skills

Extensive experience in managing websites, digital tools and associated platforms Strong knowledge of Content management systems with hands on experience implementing and maintaining content and experience platforms Proven ability to coordinate the creation, publication and ongoing management of website content Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear language for diverse audiences Expertise in SEO, digital marketing and website optimisation strategies to drive engagement and performance Key Requirements

Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Graphic Design, UX Design or a related discipline; or equivalent demonstrated expertise through profession experience. Willingness to undergo a National Police History Check Willingness to undertake a pre-employment health assessment (where applicable) Access to flexible working arrangement options Health & wellbeing initiatives (i.e. flu vaccinations, skin checks, wellbeing activities) Access to Fitness Passport membership Access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Enquiries
