About the Role The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth sales performance, managing stock levels, and maintaining an excellent customer experience. This is a hands‑on role suited for someone with strong leadership, initiative, and a genuine passion for retail and the liquor industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate a small team to achieve store targets and service standards

Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, rostering, and reporting

Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination

Ensure compliance with liquor licensing and company policies

Maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising

Build strong relationships with customers and foster community engagement

About You

Proven experience in retail management, preferably in liquor, supermarket, or hospitality

Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate required

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving ability

Ability to work weekends or evenings as required

Passionate about customer service and team development

Must have Australian work rights
