Maven Partners is proud to be retained by a leading accounting and business advisory firm with a national and global presence. We’re searching for

two Senior Managers

to join our client's Business Advisory division. Whilst quite different in terms of ‘job content’ and market focus, both report directly to a Partner(s), and are the most senior non-partner advisor in each their respective teams. Both opportunities also offer clear progression and a genuine

pathway to partnership .

The roles:

Senior Manager - International

– work with large corporates (inbound foreign subsidiaries) and private clients.

Senior Manager - Private Clients

– advise large family groups, private businesses, and complex structures.

Both teams are high-performing, close-knit, and culture-led, making this a rare opportunity for a Senior Manager to step into a highly visible leadership position.

This opportunity will focus on building trusted partnerships with large family groups and private clients, with the goal of delivering outstanding client outcomes and driving commercial success. Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or related degree plus CA/CPA (or equivalent).

Strong technical expertise across accounting and tax (income tax, CGT, FBT, GST, payroll tax, Division 7A, transfer pricing, consolidations, tax-effect accounting, small business concessions).

Commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex financial matters into meaningful advice.

A client-first mindset with experience delivering seamless end-to-end advisory services.

Proven leadership and people development skills, with success in mentoring and inspiring high-performing teams.
