Dates:

24 November 2025 - 4 June 2026 (dates may move pending client requirements, travel/accommodation restrictions, inclement weather, and/or onboarding requirements)

Accommodation:

Camp accommodation provided.

Point of Hire:

Must be Brisbane or Cairns based. Candidates living on the Gold Coast or outer areas of Brisbane or Cairns may consider applying - note you will need to travel to BNE or CNS Airport at your own cost. Western Australian based candidates may be considered.

Flights:

Provided from Brisbane or Cairns (Perth may be considered).

Onboarding: Your employment is contingent on successfully completing Goodline's onboarding requirements.

You will be required to undergo a pre‑employment Medical including a Mineral, Mines and Quarries Respiratory Health Surveillance (MMQ), G1 Certificate training is required, Rio Tinto Inductions required to be completed.

Advantageous:

Evidence of completingRio Tinto ISO/ Arch Flash training, G1 training.

Qualifications:

Relevant qualifications, licenses, and tickets are required to be presented during onboarding on request.

Superintendents who hold a G1, G8 or G9 / equivalent S1, S2, S3 will be highly regarded.

This role will play a key part in a major

civil infrastructure project

at

Amrun

(located in the Cape York Peninsula in Far North Queensland) focused on the full‑scale expansion of an accommodation village, including installation of electrical infrastructure, utilities, and services to support long‑term operational needs. You will play a key leadership role in ensuring electrical works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Ideally your background will include experience as an Electrical Superintendent in similar civil projects and works on mining sites, particularly in remote or FIFO environments.

About You

Our ideal candidate knows what it takes to get the big jobs completed safely, on time, and without fuss. We need an Electrical Superintendent to lead the charge on this project that will run from

November 2025 to June 2026 , operating on a solid

2 weeks on, 1 week off FIFO roster . This is about getting work done, getting your time off, and being part of a team that respects your experience. You will demonstrate qualities that reflect your diplomacy, tenacity, and commitment, a high level of self‑discipline, motivation, energy, and initiative.

You will also be ready to demonstrate your experience in:

Overseeing all electrical activities on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Managing a direct crew and subcontractors, and coordinating with civil and structural teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.

Leading and mentoring electrical teams, promoting a strong safety culture and high‑performance standards.

Monitoring progress, conduct inspections, and ensure quality assurance across all electrical installations.

Liaising with project managers, engineers, and client representatives to resolve issues and maintain project timelines.

Ensuring accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance with site procedures.
