Senior People & Culture Business Partner Downer's Energy & Utilities business is seeking a strategic and people-focused

Senior People & Culture Business Partner

to support our Mineral Technologies team. This role is pivotal in delivering day-to-day HR services while driving business strategy and People & Culture priorities. You'll work closely with operational leaders to influence decisions that enhance performance, resilience, and innovation, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment and is passionate about driving cultural change and capability development.

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or a related field

Minimum 5 years' experience in a business partnering role across multiple sites

Strong knowledge of the Australian industrial relations legislative framework

Proven ability to deliver strategic HR advice and support across workforce planning, ER/IR, L&D, remuneration, diversity, and talent acquisition

Experience in performance management, workplace investigations, and coaching

Highly developed analytical, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to lead change, think strategically, and deliver practical solutions
