About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Store Managers who can lead, develop, and inspire a close knit team. You’ll oversee all areas of the store from goods-inwards to the repair workshop to the sales floor, focusing on delivering excellent service levels whilst building a highly knowledgeable & solution driven sales team.
At TradeTools, success is driven by great service, strong stock levels, and a tidy store, not KPIs. Your leadership will help your team earn genuine uncapped commissions.
Roster
Full-Time | 11-Day Fortnight
We’re closed every Sunday and all National Public Holidays.
(No late-night trading.)
What You’ll Be:
Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Working across internal departments, other stores & Business Development
Daily cash-up routines
Maintaining high store keeping & merchandising standards
Liaising with Accounts, Purchasing, Marketing, HR & Distribution Centre teams
With no complex budgets or deep roster planning requirements, our Regional & HR teams support you allowing you to focus on customers, staff & store performance.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing a sales or retail team
Reliability, honesty & strong communication skills
Ability to build relationships and lead from the front
Willingness to learn and share knowledge
Tool or trade experience is beneficial but not required
