Manager, Communications Business Partnering

Lead strategic communications for senior executives across key functions

About the Role: Lead strategic communications that drive transformation, culture, and reputation. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you’ll lead the development and delivery of strategic communication plans that align with business priorities and customer expectations. You’ll collaborate across teams to support transformation, build culture, and protect reputation.

What You’ll Do:

Lead communication strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements

Deliver compelling internal campaigns that support transformation, culture, and employee engagement

Create content that reflects the voice and values of each function, showcasing achievements and innovation

Analyse campaign performance and employee feedback to improve communication effectiveness

Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Brand teams to ensure unified messaging and avoid duplication

Support leadership communications including town halls, strategic updates, and announcements.

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in corporate communications, with strong planning and writing skills

Deep understanding of financial, legal, and regulatory frameworks and market dynamics

Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups

Experience in analysing engagement metrics and applying insights to improve strategyCommercial acumen and a strategic mindset with a focus on impact

Degree in communications, journalism, public relations or a related field (post-grad business training desirable).
