Job Summary
As the
Project Manager , you will lead, coordinate, and develop all programs supporting children’s wellbeing, education, and creativity. You will manage partnerships with Yayasan, develop fundraising initiatives, oversee communication and reporting, and ensure all activities reflect the foundation’s values of kindness, culture, and sustainability.
This is a
full‑time position
based in
Bali , reporting directly to the
President of the Foundation
and the
Group CEO .
Responsibilities
Build and maintain partnerships with child‑focused Yayasan and community organizations.
Coordinate program activities, reporting, and impact measurement with partner Yayasan.
Design and implement fundraising strategies, including CSR, events, and donor relations.
Ensure transparent management of funds and accurate donor reporting.
Supervise and guide the Social Media & Communications Officer.
Oversee content and communication strategies to maintain brand authenticity and mission alignment.
Organize creative workshops and activities that support children’s wellbeing and self‑expression.
Manage and monitor program budgets, ensuring donations are fully directed to children’s programs.
Prepare quarterly reports on program impact, finances, and activities for the Board and partners.
Collaborate with cultural and environmental officers to ensure all programs respect local traditions and sustainability principles.
Foster teamwork, creativity, and community spirit among staff, volunteers, and partners.
Represent the foundation professionally in stakeholder meetings and public events.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in NGO, foundation, CSR programs, or community development.
Proven ability to manage multi‑partner projects and budgets (≥ IDR 200 million/year preferred).
Understanding of fundraising strategies and donor management.
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Fluent in English (spoken & written).
Passion for children’s welfare and ethical, sustainable development.
For this position, the client’s budget is between IDR 10.000.000 – 15.000.000 /month
