What you'll be doing:

Leading from the front driving energy, culture, and performance across a buzzing team

Owning the full guest experience across gaming, bar, and events

Driving commercial success in a high-volume, wet‑led environment

Inspiring and developing a talented management team (with strong MGM support beneath you)

Championing innovation whether it's new tech, smarter service models, or creative guest offers

What we're looking for:

A charismatic, agile leader from a fast‑paced hospitality or leisure background

Someone who thrives in independent, entrepreneurial environments

Strong commercial awareness and confident in managing large teams

Experience in high-volume bars, late-night venues, or experiential concepts
