has an exciting opportunity for an

Experienced Lean Practitioner

to support the BDS Operational Excellence Teams in Everett, WA, El Segundo, CA, Mesa, AZ, Ridley Park, PA, Berkeley, MO, or Tukwila, WA. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and advance lean skills by working alongside experienced Lean experts. The successful candidate will lead and facilitate continuous improvement efforts, support the development and deployment of lean standards and training, and collaborate across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. This position requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with strong communication and teamwork skills, who is comfortable working across organizational levels. The role demands adaptability to change and the ability to implement lean principles effectively. Position Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate continuous improvement efforts using Lean tools and principles Assist in instructing and coaching others on continuous improvement tools and Lean principles Develop, update, and support training materials and standards related to Lean Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify risks, opportunities, and improvements in processes Support cross-functional teams in implementing Lean initiatives to improve cost, quality, and delivery Participate in strategy development Travel to support multiple sites and ensure consistent deployment of Lean standards and training Communicate effectively with leadership at all levels, providing key messages and summaries Adapt to changing environments and lead change management efforts Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams 3+ years of experience implementing Lean principles Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher Project management certification Effective communication skills and ability to work across multiple organizational levels Shift: This role will be on 1st shift Additional Information: This position requires travel up to 75% of the time Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies . Summary pay range: Everett, WA / Tukwila, WA / El Segundo, CA / Ridley Park, PA: $95,200 - $128,800 Mesa, AZ / Berkeley, MO: $89,250 - $120,750
