Host Live Stream (Luxury Skincare)

HR Enthusiast | Recruitment & Assessment Specialist at Imecon Teknindo We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Host Live Stream Specialist to support our affiliate and live streaming activities across TikTok and Shopee. This role plays a key part in growing our network of affiliators, assisting live stream planning and execution, and optimizing campaign performance in collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

Assist in identifying, recruiting, and engaging affiliators on TikTok & Shopee.

Maintain day-to-day communication with affiliators to support their performance and engagement.

Help manage affiliate communities, including group chats and internal updates.

Coordinate affiliate campaign execution in alignment with brand goals and promotional schedules.

Support live stream planning and operations when needed.

Operate basic live streaming tools (e.g., OBS) and assist during live stream sessions when needed.

Track and report key performance metrics for affiliate campaigns and live stream activities.

Assist with promo code creation, payout documentation, and tracking accuracy.

Keep up with beauty and e-commerce trends to support content relevance and performance.

Qualifications

Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer coordination, livestream operations, or related digital marketing roles — preferably within the e-commerce platforms (TikTok & Shopee) ecosystem and beauty industry.

Basic knowledge of OBS Studio and live stream setup is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills to engage collaborators effectively.

Strong networking in the influencer industry and access to a solid KOL/creator database.

Comfortable working with performance data and reporting tools.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Passion for beauty/e-commerce is a strong plus.
