Handle end-to-end recruitment process for all levels.

Oversee the Performance Appraisal process and ensure timely evaluations.

Monitor and manage attendance and employee database.

Manage contract staff and handle KITAS documentation.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

Support and implement HR operational improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Supervisor/HR Coordinator in the F&B industry , or 5 years as HR Generalist.

Strong understanding of labor laws , disciplinary procedures , and familiarity with HRIS systems .

Excellent leadership , problem-solving , and conflict-resolution skills.

Able to join immediately .

Priority will be given to candidates domiciled in Bali .
